Online Orders

Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3. US customers can use our Online Store to place orders using a major credit card. Simply
browse through the catalog. When you find an item you want to purchase, click on the Add to Shopping Cart button. You will be redirected to our secure order form on the PayPal website. When you've finished shopping, click on the View Cart button and Continue to Checkout. Supply your credit card information on our secure order form and if your credit card is approved, your item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 days.

eBooks and Downloadable Products

eBooks and other downloadable products can be found in our Online Store. When you click the Add to Cart button to purchase an eBook, you will be redirected to our secure order form on the PayPal website. If you choose to continue shopping, you will be redirected back to our website, otherwise Continue to Checkout and supply your credit card information. Once your credit card is approved, you will receive an e-mail with instructions and a password that will allow you to download the product from our website. All downloadable products will be in ZIP format. Once you have downloaded the file, unzip the file and use an eBook Reader to open the eBook.

Telephone Orders

We can accept credit card orders via telephone if you have an email address. Simply call 763-428-2997 (toll-free 866-509-0604) during the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday. Provide us with your credit card information and the items you wish to purchase.

Mail Orders

We will accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards for postal mail orders. Print out our mail order form and
fill it in with shipping, billing and product information and send to us along with your payment.

Pre-Order Items

We do occasionally sell Pre-Order items which means we are selling items that are NOT instock yet. Pre-Order items are noted like this "(Pre-Order AVAILABLE ...)" usually noting the expected ship time. You may order these items just as you would any item on our website. When the item is instock and ready to ship out we will process the order immediately. Ordering Pre-Order items is just like any other order. Once you place the order your credit card is authorized and charged for the purchase. If you order a Pre-Order item with instock items, the instock items will be shipped and the pre-order item will be shipped when it becomes available.

Pre-Orders can be canceled at anytime as long as they have not shipped yet. If the order has shipped out our normal return policy applies if you would like to return the item.
